Delete your Evatril account
You can close your account or erase it for good, right here or from the Profile menu in the Evatril app. We'll show you exactly what you have before anything is deleted.

Close your account so you can come back later, or delete it permanently.

Confirm it's you
Enter the code we text you, or tap the link we email you. That's it.

Erased within about 5 minutes
- Your profile: name, photo, email and mobile number
- Events, invitations and RSVPs
- Guest lists and contacts you added
- Photos, videos and memories
- Wallet balance and active plans (lost or cancelled)
Kept
Invoices and payment records, because tax law requires them. We remove your email and phone number from them.
With a normal delete nothing is erased. Your data waits for you in case you come back.

Before you go
- How do I delete my Evatril account?
- Open evatril.com/delete-account, tap Delete my account, sign in, choose Delete or Delete permanently, and confirm with the code or email link we send you. You can do the same from the Profile menu in the Evatril app.
- Can I get my account back after deleting it?
- If you chose Delete, yes. Sign in with your email and your account and data come back. If you chose Delete permanently, no. Your account and data are erased and can't be recovered.
- How long does a permanent delete take?
- Your account closes right away. Your events, guest lists, photos and videos are erased within about five minutes.
- Can I use the same mobile number or email again?
- Yes. Once your account is deleted, your mobile number and email are free to sign up again straight away.
- What happens to my wallet balance and plans?
- With a permanent delete, any wallet balance is lost and active plans are cancelled. We show you exactly what you have before you confirm.
- I can't sign in. How do I delete my account?
- Email support@evatril.com from the email address on your account and we'll help you.
